In order to use the Fidelity Card discount voucher, full-price items must have a value of at least €1 higher than the amount of the voucher. For example, if you have a €25 discount voucher, the total value of full-price items must be at least €26.
Fidelity Card discount vouchers cannot be used to purchase sale items.
For example, if you’ve reached a discount voucher threshold and your Shopping Bag contains a sale item and a full-price item, the discount voucher can be used only on the full-price item.

Once you reach one of the four point thresholds indicated, you can turn your points into discount vouchers.
Once you reach one of the required thresholds, you can take advantage of the discount voucher by showing your Fidelity Card in-store at the time of payment.
You can always check your Fidelity Card balance by asking the in-store staff.
Don’t worry, the Fidelity Card is personal, and you can block it and get a new one in-store.
